Salman Khan is a superstar in Bollywood and likewise, he's become the most bankable star in the world of endorsements. No wonder, the superstar’s demands of eight crores in eight hours was readily met by an ad maker, whose initial choice was cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
The commercial was to showcase Yuvraj as a brand ambassador but due to his bad health, Salman Khan stepped in. Fully aware of his market value and fan following, the makers of the commercial, without giving a second thought agreed to his quotation.
Salman is the hot-favourite amongst all the television production houses and channels too. Sony Entertainment Channel is keen to bring him on board for Dus Ka Dum, Colors for Bigg Boss season six and Star Plus for a new reality show.
