Mental Leading Actress Sana Khan booked for kidnapping charge

Sana Khan, who is going to star opposite Salman Khan in Mental, has been found absconding after being booked by Navi Mumbai Police for a kidnapping attempt. As per the charge, Sana allegedly tried to kidnap a 15-year old girl who had not paid her cousin's Naved Khan advances. A 17-year old boy, who was with Sana, Naved and their friends when they tried to kidnap the girl, has been booked under the Juvenile Act.

Model turned actress Sana was offered a role in a Salman film 'Mental', while she was on the reality show 'Bigg Boss' with Salman as the host.Mental is a two-heroine film with Sana Khan and Daisy Shah, the team has done more than half of the shooting already.Mental is the remake of Chiranjeevi's Telugu hit 'Stalin' and the first schedule of shooting was done in Dubai. The second schedule has been already started in 'Lasava' and movie is being readied for an expected January, 2014 release.


Meanwhile, the team of Mental has no information about Sana going underground. The next shooting schedule is expected to start in couple of days and if Sana fails to show up, it will be a huge blow for the movie. Movie has already faced losses due to the trouble with southern fight masters.
