Sooraj Pancholi has been arrested by Mumbai police in Case Jiah Khan Suicide , He Has Been arrested under Section 306 of the IPC - abetment of
suicide. He will be presented tomorrow at Andheri court."
"The IPC section pertains to abetment of
suicide, and Sooraj Pancholi will be presented before a magistrate
Tuesday morning," Bhagat told media.
The arrest came barely two days after
Jiah Khan's family handed over the last letter which is written by the jiah khan for his lover Sooraj Pancholi to police. letter is found after the suicide .
